I would love to have the NPS presentation to post on my blog. I saw from Twitter comments that it was quite lively. Imagine that?
Denise.

@Denise: If you show the video of that session on your site, I forbid you to show the portion that included me. I gave no one permission to use my image or comments as an endorsement for NPS. If you still want to put it on your site, then let’s talk about my compensation requirements.
I just posted a momma-jamma post with most of the live-stream videos here .
I hope you love it.

WOW, what happened during the NPS presentation to cause such apparent division and necessitated not making the NPS presentation available for public viewing? Transparent this interaction is not.

I cannot believe that you want to advocate through example that conflict should not be exposed in communities?
Constructive conflict is a critical and often required component of any synergistic relationship to drive true innovation.
Hey Chuck – You hit the main point. This particular conflict wasn’t constructive. It was just a scrap. It would be more of a distraction.
Also, Michelle and Diana asked that I take it down, and they’re sweet ladies. I was happy to oblige. If you want to know more about NPS and the Member Loyalty Group, I’d highly suggest reaching out to them.
I don’t think conflict needs to be “constructive” in order to be “instructive” and “productive.” Extreme circumstances are probably when we learn the most.
I saw the debate and think it is something people could have learned from.
Unfortunately for the participants (on both sides of the debate), it was a bit embarrassing. I understand why they would want the video to be removed, but don’t agree with the decision to remove it.
Thx for the script Brent… posting it on www.cugrow.com now. Hope ya’ll have fun and rock it up there today.
Missing you all. This makes it a little better though.

Was the conflict regarding NPS not constructive?

Understood. Thanks for the clarification, Brent.
