NRL 1 = Common. Anyone with a monitor should be able to get the general idea. Example: Green Eggs and Ham, Google Homepage

NRL 2 = Intermediate. People with a good deal web savvy should be able to follow. Examples: Signal vs. Noise

NRL 4 = Very Super Technical. Only super nerds with plenty of free time should even attempt this. Examples: TSL Protocol Specification Internet Draft

NRL 3 = Advanced. Geared more toward web developer or internet enthusaists. Examples: IEBlog
